i have a big pimple in the worst spot...center of my nose. i have decent skin like small breakouts occasionally, but they usually go away in few days or less. however, this pimple has been here for over a week and is barely improving. it's wicked embarrassing. i usually use proactiv but it doesnt work on thi one.. ive tried toothepaste and ice but it doesnt work. what can i do to get it off my face ASAP?! please help, this zit is so big it has it's own friggen zip code
