If you an hourly paid worker do you have to answer off hours emails from your employer ?

Interesting point. I can understand not wanting to answer emails on your off hours especially if you're not getting paid for it. However, is that the cost you pay to have a decent working relationship with your boss and co-workers? Do you sacrifice your personal time to show that you're willing to do what it takes to advance?
