How can i get rid of thi!! i hate them!!?

so i just got in a relationship and i am broken out alittle bit so how can i get rid of these cause i want good skin for when we go out. plus i have a zit on my nostril and its kinda hard to pop it is there any other ways to get rid of it?? thanks
