Help with getting my 1st job?

I just graduated from high school and I REALLY need a job over the summer. I am filling out an application online for a job at AMC theater and I'm kind of unsure what to put on some parts. Can you guys please help me? For the part where they ask rate/salary type, should I choose annual or hourly? Or either is fine? And for the rate/salary expectation minimum, what should I put so that it's not too high or anything? I don't really care how much they pay me, I just really need to get this job.
