I am trying to decide between Michelin's Latitude Tour or LTX M/S 2 for my 07 Highlander Sport. What is a normal healthy weight if I work out regularly?

I don't think the BMI applies to me since I weight train 5 days a week and have packed on quite a few pounds of muscle. On the other hand, I'm also carrying around a lot of fat. I'm trying to figure out what is a nice healthy weight range for me to be in. I am currently 5'3 weighting in at 141 lbs. I hope to be in the 115-125 range by the end of the year. Is this a good goal to maintain my muscle mass or should I aim higher?

I am a 26 year old female and I would like some advice for preparing to join the army and hopefully rotc. My educational history is rather poor, I do have a GED with very high grades but I also have a college gpa under 2.0 and I'm not sure if I have 15 credits or not. If I did have 15 credits, can I still enlist with bad grades? I got all D's and one A due to living in an abusive enviroment and attending college was very difficult, I was also on and off the streets. I am also 5'8 220 lbs and out of shape. What minimum should I aim for as far as situps, pushups, and running a mile go? I can barely do any right now, but id like to know what would be a good range for just getting into basic training. Also, I have old hospital bills I can't pay and a verizon phone bill. What are the credit requirements for joining? Any advice would help me greatly, I really want to become a soldier but I feel so lost and I am at a big financial, educational, and physical fitness disadvantage. Can someone get a restaining order put on their landlord?

Thi drunk downstairs harrasses my gf every time she leaves or comes to the apartment where me and her share a place. He sexually harrasses her and tryes to start crap with me all the time we have had to call the cops on this guy like 3 times. He and the landlord are friends also they r both friends with the appt. Manager who is a felon and gets drunk with the drunk and helps him start crap with me and harrass my gf. The landlord illegally kicked my girlfriend out and then started texting her saying she could stay at his house if she wanted to sleep with him. Now the landlord is threatening violence on me and my gf. This is the second time he has threatened violence on my gf. This is the big question, I guess. So, here are my options. I love law. I love law, and politics, and everything like that. I know that if I really commit to being an attorney, I can make it big, And when I say big, I mean BIG. But the hours are long, the work is hard and you have no free time. But what I'm really worried about is love. Do I put off socializing and trying to find "the one" while I make my career doing what I love and make the big bucks to live the posh life with the hopes that love will happen along the way? It is love after all. Or do I aim lower, shoot for average income, doing a less demanding (and less enjoyable) career, but dedicate myself to finding the one that makes me happy for the rest of my life, but never get to change lives with law, get the New York penthouse and see the world? Everyone being different all I can do is give pointers. Your workout looks good. I went for being ripped and cut and found that keeping the weight lower than I can max worked better for me. I'm 6ft around 175 and less than 5% body fat. For cardio I went more for individual sports like cycling, handball, tennis... Seemed to get better results. Leaner muscle mass proved to be good as I got older, lower weights and more reps is easier to maintain after injuries. Looks like you got a good plan. Go with more dumbells and you'll see a more symetrical build.

Boyfriend's computer unable to boot up or reformat?

Hi, my boyfriend's computer is Window's Vista and it is unable to boot up, when it does it freezes in safe mode and in normal mode, he is unable to preform any type of system retore or repair. 18 Month Sleep Regression - HELP !!!!!?

Hi - I have a good routine with my 18 month old and have sleep trained him to put himself to sleep in the evening. He has never been a great sleeper waking at leaste once a night but easily resettled and a minute later back to sleep. He has done a complete turn around and cries when I leave him and wakes from 11pm hourly till dawn breaks. I am at my wits end trying very hard not to stick him in our bed (although this seems way easier but its one place I like to call our own and my hubby agrees). I have read there is an actual phase called 18 month sleep regression - my question is how did you deal with this and how long did it last. Its been almost 2 weeks and he is better when going to sleep but last night he started his nonsense from 10pm :( I am trying to be patient and sensitive to his needs in the time of sleep regression as i dont believe he is just being naughty or maybe he is ... i dont know any more. I have resorted to cosleeping but in his own room and soon as he is sleeping i put him back into his cot and i keep doing this through out the night trying very hard not to create more sleep problems. Any advice or constructive critism welcome :)

I think i'm depressed because I have no friends and never go out.?

Here is my situation. I am 19 years old and my best friend and I are trying desperately to move to New York because that's just where we need to be in life. inding an aprtment is proving to be more difficult than we had anticipated. I had already tried once before to get up there and it backfired on me, and now this. I just feel like nothing is going right for us. She lives in a whole nother state than me, too. I feel like giving up, I feel worthless, I am actually coming to hate myself because I can't readily understand why I never go out. I have been trying to spend time with my parents before I leave them, because I amextremely close to them but when I do there is always this little voice in the back of my head saying what a loser I am spending nights with my parents and family. I just feel like a complete loser and I don't know what to do. I'm so sick of crying over it every night. I'm sick of feeling this way but I can't seem to stop it from sneaking up and surprising me. Why do my bike gears seem so different all of a sudden?

I work at a child care center paid hourly. One day my boss came to me and said i had a mandatory meeting scheduled at my break time and that I was to clock out go to the meeting for an hour (my break is 1 hour) and then clock back in. She said even though it wasn't paid it would count towards my training hours I need (15 hours in the first year of working there). About 8 of us were in the meeting. A couple weeks down the road... today.. I am told that that meeting will not count towards my training hours either. Is this legal?

How to I get ready for Soccer season this fall?

Okay, so when I was little, I played soccer ALL THE TIME. but I haven't played it in 3 years, and this year, I'm required to take a sport, so I chose soccer. And I still have really good aim and drilling skills, but my problem is endurance. I am not the best runner, and I tire easily. I want to be able to, in the two months I have before the season starts at the end of August, before school starts, be able to run the amount a offense player can run. I mean, I can play any of the choices, but a soccer player generally needs the same endurance, so places can be switched. I have a treadmill and a wii fit available for me to use, and a big yard/street I can run around :)

I hear your voice developing but it is stressed by your pacing (the rhythm). Keep your personal feel of character/and her thoughts, in one sentence. So you have the story, then as an aside, her feeling or thought. Or, change your style and incorporate your voice style into the dialogue only- as character. It is ok for a first effort, but you must learn how to write better. Try reading it out loud into a recorder in order to hear the rhythm, the pace, and you will probably hear where you need to improve your style. It does not quite get choppy, but it stumbles. The grammer needs to be improved. EX: (at the bottom) "This time a man's voice but this did not make her relax, she knew that voice." If you look at the sentence, it is not a proper sentence at all. I realize writers can put in improper sentences, but this is not an example of that. Your style has gone from personal to romantic to objective story. Pick one and stick with it. Read it aloud and record it, or have someone else read it aloud. You will hear where you need to rewrite. Many new writers have a few voices in their work, just as learning to sing, you will have a few voices come out, all weaved together, just as each part of your personality does a version. That is normal, until you pick one. Write the story from each style and voice, and you may be surprised that the talented "voice/style" in your may not be your favorite. Only you can judge what is good for the listener. Remember that a writer writes for themself, but you hear it back like a listener. Once you have written it, it is no longer yours. It is the reader's now, the love, criticize and talk about.

About a month ago, on a pay day my boss came up and said one of the employees came to him saying I was bragging about how much I make, (lie) then he said they were complaining that I shouldnt be making as much as them so he took .50 away from me and gave them each a .25 raise. I think you're rushing into it. Have more buildup, don't just give away the whole story on the first page. Show things, don't tell them. Like write about Blysse and Matt hanging out, the things they do and say, what she thinks, and let the reader infer that she is in love with him before she actually admits it. Also, their speech sounds a little unnatural, its not casual enough. Its difficult to know what being a teenager is like when you haven't actually been one yet. Keep working on it though, those are common mistakes. For 12 its not that bad.

Okay so its been a few days after the game and instead of reading reviews on the game, theres nothing but hate filled articles aimed towards the fact that there were a lot more Mexican supporters than US ones. I went to the game, I was rooting for Mexico, and I was born here. I love America. I would fight and die for her, but all the hate aimed towards my own ancestors kind of makes me feel frustrated with being American. I mean, at least I have a reason to root for Mexico in soccer, but what about all the immigrants from Europe and Asia that were rooting against the US? Why no hate towards them? What about the countless white people I saw at the game wearing a Mexico shirt? Is it just racism/resentment for the loss the reason for the hate? Or do they believe the papers when they read that all the Mexicans boo'd the anthem? I was there, and let me make it clear that the grand majority did not boo. Only the idiot cholos and drunks did.
