What would Papa John's pay hourly for an in-restaurant worker with no work experience at age 16?

I just got a job in Missouri at Papa John's. It's my first job and I was wondering how much I'll be making an hour working there. Minimum/Maximum? Also, how often do you get payed? Is learning how the place works easy or hard? Sorry for so many questions, I just don't know what to expect. Any feedback would be extremely appreciated. :)
