What is thi happening to me?

Ok so for the past year now my vagina has like been doing a weird thug like it's itches I guess u can say and I hav to sit with my foot underneath it in order for me to stop itching it it bothers me cuz I hav to push my underwear up my butt them pull it out what is happening?!?! Plz help!!!!
