Does he like me??? i'm confused?

we are really good friends. (lets call him mike) now he is a big flirt, he flirts with everyone, and i have fallen for him once before, but i only like him as a friend now... he says things around me that makes me think he likes me, although i have asked and he said no, like if i'm standing close he'll look at me in the eye and say, this is cossy, then laugh and say he was joking, or he'll stand really close to me, and we'll look into each others eyes, and he does sometimes does sometimes touch me like my arm or shoulder! i've not noticed him do thi to other girls, are we just friends? do you think he likes me? thanks
