How to get this jerk off my back?

You know how when you're a little kid the boys pick on you because they have no way of expressing their feelings? Thi guy in 8th grade still does that. I'm not a dork in school, I have plenty of friends to back me up and he tries (fails) to make fun of me anyway. And yet every time I turn around he's staring at me. If he didn't mistreat me, maybe I'd smile, but I tell him to knock it off instead. And no, I'm not attracted to him. He's obnoxious, egotistic and doesn't take care of himself. Help me before I punch him in the face.
