Is hourly-salary legal if not being paid all of your wages. What is this?

my employer says he is paying me on an hourly salary basis. i put in all sorts of OT but he does not pay me for it and does not pay a salary base wage.No time off paid and no holidays paid. will i ever get paid somehow for all of this OT? is what he is doing legal?.
