So i hate walmart...and...i wanna quit...?

ive been working at walmart for 2.5 years. im 21 and in college. i work at walmart fri-sat-sun. im seriously fed up and im quitting. i really need a job though. i dont want to work in retail anymore though and no fast food either. i would like to work at a restaraunt and be a server. whats a fun place to work where i can be a server and make decent money. i only need 20 hours a week since i paid my car off and have not many bills. just give me some options. i want to work somewhere where i will make good tips, but no place too "stuffy or uptight" if you will. i want to work somewhere more laid back and fun. and no i dont mean fast food or like steak and shake. please let me know and preferably if you are a server yourself. i have server experience and my mom works at a 5 star restaraunt and has for 15 years, she has taught me a lot. also if you dont mind let me know how much you make in tips usually a night and your hourly wage. thanks!
