Super plan !! I am a genie but I need help xD?

Ok so : there is this guy : I know he likes me, there are trillion of sighs but I want him to tell me so that at least he will ahve tried (I don't want to break his heart I will say no in a nice way and he isn't very sensitive so...(Im going to say no cuzz I like an other guy not just to have fun) but thi guy is populare dumb and non hot and eveyone makes fun of him cuzz he is fat (and I am populare and people made me the 2nd prettiest girl in my class) so he will never get the guts... what should I do then ??????????????????????????
