What do you call a person who goes to hotels, restaurants, cruise ships, etc. and rates them?

So I heard that people who do this for a living get free cruises and stuff just to rate their businesses. I know its an actual job, not I'm not sure what its called. They go to spas, hotels, clubs, etc and rate them. Their opinions are posted on websites that describe the city's tourism spots. I really want to do thi because it sounds like a fun ob but i dont know what its clled. Its kind of like being a secret shopper, but instead of reatil, its for tourism.... thank you!
