Where should I work? Nordstrom or Sephora?

My sister works in Nordstroms and LOVES it. She used to work at target and didn't like how her manager treated her & how tiring it was to work there for 3 years. Nordstroms gives you really good money if you get a lot of sales. It's alot of fun & well, here in new jersey people who work there get atleast 40% off on some items. Id probably recommend nordstroms but I dont really know much about sephora.
